At Babilou, we think that welcoming children starts with welcoming parents; they are welcome in our nursery spaces to spend time with their children, to get to know the team; parents are welcome at any time of the year! By chatting, we get to know the parents better and to develop a trusting relationship with them which will be the basis of the co-education we wish to establish between families and our team.
Throughout their time with Babilou, parents remain the first educator of their child. For this reason, we bear the educational choices of the parents in mind and respect the wishes of every family. In this way, we guarantee that there is continuity between the family environment and the welcoming structure of our nurseries. Our teams do not replace parents; they are a representative of each family. Thanks to this harmonious education, our teams guarantee the emotional security of the child.
Families are kept up to date with their child’s development every day, through organized chats with the team but also through individual contact planned by the director of the nursery, invitations to come and share moments with their children, such as the Christmas party, or meetings about a planned topic together with other parents.
